The featured speakers will be:
Kelley Adley is responsible for building and maintaining key strategic public safety relationships for the AT&T FirstNet organization. He is also responsible for leading strategy/policy development and FirstNet innovation based on specific and evolving first responder needs. His special focus areas include law enforcement, intelligence, land mobile radio technologies, information sharing, and technology/application/communications innovation.
Kelley began his public service career in 1989 in law enforcement at the City of Euless, Texas. Kelley’s career path lead him into criminal investigations with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office then to the Collin County District Attorney’s Office specializing in capital murder cases and extensive knowledge in forensic crimes.
After leaving law enforcement after 17 years, Kelley went into sales with Harris Corporation specializing in regional business management and upgrading radio networks for public safety agencies within the mid central U.S.
Kelley holds a Master of Business degree from LeTourneau University, a Bachelor of Business Management from Northwood University, and a Master Peace Officer certification from the State of Texas. Kelley is still an active police officer as a reserve officer with the Tarrant County Constables Office, Precinct #2.
Kelley has been a speaker at many public safety events including NTCC, IACP, NOBLE and APCO.
