When you need to provide accurate statistics or children’s advocacy center (CAC) efficacy information to stakeholders, legislators, community members, and others, you need the Child Abuse Library Online (CALiO™). When you need research you can use to write outstanding grant proposals or  accreditation applications, you need CALiO™. When you need to publicize and market your outstanding multidisciplinary team and services offered, you need CALiO™. In this interactive webinar the National Children’s Advocacy Center’s Digital Information Librarian and Marketing Manager will demonstrate how to use CALiO™ to find the resources and information you need through live demonstrations of search strategies and resource retrieval. You will also discover the secrets to bolstering your digital marketing efforts. (Hint - what you need is already installed on your computer!)

 

Objectives: 

Participants will learn to:
  • Perform targeted searches for location of marketing resources and how to use them effectively
  • Find the most up-to-date statistics and research for reports and other documents
  • Identify the relevant research to demonstrate the efficacy of the CAC model
