Understanding how to effectively prepare and execute the cross-examination of this expert is critical to a successful prosecution. This webinar will focus on investigating the expert, researching the relevant medical theories, preparing for the cross-examination, structuring the cross-examination outline, and effective ways to execute the cross-examination in court. Clips from real cross-examinations will be used to illustrate certain points. 1. Learning how to properly conduct pre-trial preparation for the defense expert’s testimony 2.
